Green Beans and Feta With Dill |

This is a recipe from the box of Good Seasons dressing mix. It's really simple and good. Feeds a crowd. Ingredients:
2 lbs fresh green beans |
1/2 cup prepared italian salad dressing |
1/4 cup feta cheese (crumbled) |
1/4 cup red onion (chopped) |
1/4 cup fresh dill (chopped) |
Directions:
1. Cook beans until tender crisp (7-10 minutes) in boiling water then rinse with cold water. 2. Toss all together in large bowl. 3. Mix and serve hot or cold. I think it is good both ways. |
