a real tasty dish. If you want to make this a one-dish meal, just add 2-3 cups cooked ham.
Ingredients:
2 (16 ounce) packages frozen green beans, thawed
2 (8 ounce) cans sliced water chestnuts, drained
1 (16 ounce) package cubed processed cheese with jalapeno peppers
1 (10 ounce) can tomatoes and green chilies
3 tablespoons butter, melted
1 tablespoon chicken seasoning
1 1/2 cups slightly crushed plain potato chips
Directions:
1. In a slow cooker, combine green beans, water chestnuts, cubed cheese, tomatoes, green chilies, melted butter, and chicken seasoning and mix well.
2. Cover and cook on low for 3-5 hours.
3. Just before serving, cover top with crushed potato chips.
