I love doing this side dish. I could eat them all day, all night, everyday. I can't get enough Ingredients:
4 oz. green beans |
1 oz. butter |
2 t. slivered raw almonds |
s&p |
Directions:
1. Blanch, shock and drain the green beans. Set aside 2. Melt butter in a saute pan, and add almond until golden brown 3. Add green beans and saute lightly 4. Season with Kosher salt and black pepper 5. Serve |
