very good soup,you may eated, before meal,lite and testy,try it.im sore you like it. Ingredients:
3 pound fress green beans |
1 large onion |
1 cup fress carrots |
1 cup fress parsley roots |
11/2 tbs salt |
3 tbs sour cream |
2tbs oil |
1 tbs folur |
1 tbs paprika |
2 qt water |
Directions:
1. Clean beans and cut them at an angle into bit sized pieces. 2. in med put the oil chopped onion,and vegetabels,salt cook for about 3. 30-45 minutes on low heat.Then add flour,paprika mixed together 4. good add the water mixed again until smoot.Let it cook for 2 hours 5. on low.When done add the sour cream mix and serve. 6. Serve with white bread. |
