Green Bean Salad With Saki Sauce |

This green bean salad has an Asian inspired dressing and makes a nice cool side dish to a stir-fry dinner. Ingredients:
6 tablespoons sesame seeds |
1 tablespoon sake |
1 tablespoon soy sauce |
1 tablespoon sugar |
1 teaspoon minced dried onion |
1/2 lb green beans, fresh |
Directions:
1. Roast and then grind up the sesame seeds. Remove strings from fresh green beans and cook in boiling salted water. Cool. Slice diagonally and place in a serving dish. Combine saki, soy sauce, sugar and dried onions. Pour over the beans and mix well. |
