Ingredients:
1/4 teaspoon(s) black pepper
1/4 teaspoon(s) black pepper
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1/3 cup(s) fresh basil, chopped
12 ounce(s) fresh green beans, trimmed
1 tablespoon(s) olive oil
3 tablespoon(s) red wine vinegar
1/4 teaspoon(s) salt
1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced
2 tablespoon(s) snipped dried tomatoes
8 ounce(s) yellow and/or red cherry tomatoes, halved
Directions:
1. Cook beans in medium saucepan covered, in a small amount of boiling lightly salted water until crisptender. Drain; rinse with cold water.
2. In a large bowl, combine beans, tomatoes and onion. Drizzle with BasilTomato vinaigrette; toss gently to coat. Cover and chill 1 to 4 hours.
3. Vinaigrette: Simply stir together oil, vinegar, basil, dried tomato, garlic, salt, and pepper.
