this is our favorite way to eat garden fresh green beans, simple, healthy and colorful. Eas as a side or as a salad Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs green beans |
1 small red bell pepper diced |
2 tbs red or white onion chopped |
1 cove garlic minced |
1 small piece of ginger grated |
1/4 cup fresh parsley chopped |
extra virgin olive oil |
salt and pepper to taste |
Directions:
1. cook green beans crisp tender or as desired 2. rinse under cold water 3. drain, cut into pieces 4. Place in bowl with onions, bell pepper, parsley, garlic and ginger 5. Simply splash on extra virgin olive oil, salt and fresh cracked pepper to taste |
