A flaky texture. This recipe is one of a few of my adopted recipes. I have not tried this one yet.NOTE*** this is an ADOPTED recipe and is NOT mine. I know it sounds confusing. If anyone figures it out let me know :) Ingredients:
520 g sugar |
100 g oil |
140 g water |
1000 g red bean paste |
110 g pork jerky |
10 g sesame |
Directions:
1. Stir together all the ingreidents until a lumpy mixture. 2. Form in to 2 inch paties and fill with paste. 3. Bake on a baking sheet at 350 for 10 min then turn heat to 300 for 20 more min until light and crispy. |
