Very easy, very tasty, very incredible bean and broccolli dish sure to please all. Ingredients:
1/2 pound fresh green beans |
3 tablespoons vegetable oil |
2 cups broccoli flowerets |
3 fresh tomatoes cut into wedges |
3 scallions cut into 2 pieces |
1/4 pound fresh mushrooms sliced |
8 ounces water chestnuts canned sliced and drained |
1 tablespoon soy sauce |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Wash green beans then trim ends and remove strings. 2. Cut beans diagonally into 2 pieces. 3. Pour oil around top of a preheated wok or large skillet then allow to heat for 2 minutes. 4. Add beans and broccoli then stir fry 2 minutes. 5. Add tomatoes, scallions, mushrooms and sliced water chestnuts then stir fry 2 minutes. 6. Stir in soy sauce and salt then serve immediately. |
