green beans, balsamic dressing Ingredients:
2 lbs green beans |
1/2 red onion |
4 oz feta cheese |
4 tbsp balsamic vinegar |
1 tsp salt |
1/2 tsp pepper |
1/2 tsp dried dill |
Directions:
1. Boil a large pot of water (add some salt). Trim beans and boil fr 5 minutes, or until they're bright green and barely tender. Rinse in cold water, drain well and pat dry. Dice onion and crumble cheese. Mix dressing ingredients and shake to dissolve salt. Put the beans in a serving dish and toss with dressing. Sprinkle onions and cheese on top. Can be served cold or at room temperature. |
