The sage, lemon, and garlic flavors make for a very interesting taste. The dip is very creamy and the green beans are a bit cruchy.
Ingredients:
3 cups steamed green beans, cooled.
1 cup light sour cream
1 tbsp chopped fresh sage
1 tsp fresh lemon juice
1/4 tsp finely chopped garlic (or more if you're a garlic lover like me)
salt and pepper
Directions:
1. Steam the green beans and cool completely.
2. In a small bowl, combine the sour cream, sage, lemon juice, and garlic.
3. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
