Ingredients:
6 tablespoons butter
4 tablespoons flour
2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoon onion
2 cups sour cream
24 ounces green beans
1 lb cheddar cheese
1 cup corn flake crumbs
Directions:
1. Melt 4 tbls butter. Add flour. Remove from heat.
2. Add seasonings and sour cream.
3. Fold in beans.
4. Place in 9 x 13 casserole dish. Cover with grated cheese.
5. Melt 2 tbls butter. Mix with corn flake crumbs.
6. Cover cheese with crumbs.
7. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
