Delicious casserole. Different than the one with the French's onions on top. Main Course. Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef |
1 (16 ounce) can green beans |
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup |
1 (14 ounce) package instant mashed potatoes |
2 cups cheddar cheese, grated |
Directions:
1. Brown hamburger. Drain fat. 2. Add green beans and cream of mushroom soup. Mix well. 3. Put in microwave-safe casserole dish. 4. Cover with prepared instant mashed potatoes or use real if you have the time. 5. Grate cheese on top. 6. Microwave for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. |
