These have such incredible flavor! Everyone loves them (even kids!!) and you won't have any left-over! Great for holiday dinners. Thanks to my friend, Donna, for sharing! Ingredients:
2 cans green beans (or fresh, cooked, green beans, cooled) |
1/2 pound center cut bacon |
sauce |
3 tbs butter |
3 tbs tarragon vinegar |
1 tsp bottled onion juice |
1/2 tsp salt |
1/2 tsp paprika |
1 tbs fresh parsley (or 1 tsp dried) |
Directions:
1. Drain beans (if using canned) 2. Divide beans into bundles, using approx. 5 beans per bundle 3. Wrap beans with one strip of bacon and secure with a toothpick 4. Broil on a rack until bacon is cooked 5. ________________________________________________ 6. To make sauce: 7. Combine all sauce ingredients in small saucepan 8. Simmer until hot throughout 9. Pour sauce over cooked green bean bundles. 10. Serve hot 11. Enjoy!! |
