A fresh idea for banana lovers. CAUTION: Wheat Grass is a very powerful detox. It will pull out toxins and most likely make you feel nauseous if you have never tried wheat grass before. It is however extremely healthy. Ingredients:
2 bananas |
1 cup milk, coconut milk, or soy milk (honestly you shouldn't use animal milk because it can negate some of the effects you want from wheatgrass) |
1 cup of ice |
1 oz of agave syrup |
1oz shot of wheatgrass (juiced fresh with a wheatgrass juicer / or bought pre-frozen then thawed) |
Directions:
1. Pour in all ingredients into blender 2. Blend, add an ounce or two of milk if not blending properly 3. Pour and Drink (Caution: Do not drink at the zoo) |
