Waldorf salad is a must-make for any luncheon you plan to host. Green apples add a splash of color and a hint of tart flavor. Ingredients:
2 large granny smith apples, chopped |
1/4 cup sweetened dried cranberries |
1/4 cup light mayonnaise |
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice |
1/8 teaspoon salt |
2 1/2 tablespoons chopped walnuts, toasted |
Directions:
1. Combine first 5 ingredients in a medium bowl; sprinkle evenly with walnuts. Cover and chill until ready to serve. |
