Ingredients:
2 large granny smith apples, chopped
1/4 cup sweetened dried cranberries
1/4 cup light mayonnaise
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1/8 teaspoon salt
2 1/2 tablespoons chopped walnuts, toasted
Directions:
1. Combine first 5 ingredients in a medium bowl; sprinkle evenly with walnuts. Cover and chill until ready to serve.
