1 diced, peeled granny smith apple |
1/2 diced small white onion |
1 minced jalapeno pepper |
1 diced hass avocado |
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro |
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice |

Directions:
1. In a small bowl, combine 1 diced, peeled Granny Smith apple, 1/2 diced small white onion, 1 minced jalapeƱo pepper, 1 diced Hass avocado, 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro, 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice, and 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt. Toss well. |
