This cake is so moist , fluffy and soft .... Great for afternoon tea . Ingredients:
2 eggs |
1 c soft brown sugar |
1 c self raising flour |
1 tsp baking pwd |
1/2 tsp cinnamon pwd |
2 tsp full cream milk pwd |
1 c olive oil |
1 green apple , grated |
2 tsp chocolate syrup |
1 tbsp chocolate chip |
Directions:
1. Beat the egg and sugar until creamy .
2. Add the dry ing.
3. Beat until mix well .
4. Add the oil and apple .
5. Pour into a greased loaf .
6. Swirl the syrup on top .
7. Sprinkle the chip over .
8. Bake for 25 mins .
9. Serve warm .
