Green and White Salad with Blue Cheese Dressing

To keep the salad fresh and crisp, serve this dish right after you toss it with the dressing.
Ingredients:
1/3 cup fat-free cottage cheese
1/3 cup fat-free sour cream
1/4 cup (1-ounce) crumbled blue cheese
2 tablespoons 1% low-fat milk
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 garlic clove, minced
2 1/2 cups (1-inch) chopped iceberg lettuce
2 cups (1-inch) chopped curly leaf lettuce
3/4 cup (1/4-inch) diced cucumber
1/3 cup (1/4-inch) diced celery
1/4 cup thinly sliced green onions
Directions:
1. To prepare dressing, combine the first 7 ingredients in a food processor or blender, and process until smooth, scraping sides of bowl once.
2. To prepare salad, combine lettuces, cucumber, celery, and onions in a large bowl. Add dressing; toss well. Serve immediately.
