3/4 lb small new potato |
3 tablespoons chopped cucumbers |
1/4 cup plain yogurt |
1 scallion |
1 1/2 tablespoons milk |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Scrub potatoes but do not peel. 2. Cook in boiling water in a covered pot for 15-20 minutes and then drain. 3. Chop scallion and cucumber and combine with milk, yogurt, salt, and pepper. 4. Add mixture to potatoes and mix well. |
