Use thawed green peas or cooked and cooled fresh peas. Ingredients:
10 ounces green peas |
1/2 cup low-fat sharp cheddar cheese |
2 tablespoons onions, chopped |
2 tablespoons low-fat mayonnaise or 2 tablespoons miracle whip light |
1 1/2 teaspoons prepared mustard |
salad greens |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients except Salad greens lightly but thoroughly. 2. Spoon on salad greens and serve. |
