Use thawed green peas or cooked and cooled fresh peas.
Ingredients:
10 ounces green peas
1/2 cup low-fat sharp cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons onions, chopped
2 tablespoons low-fat mayonnaise or 2 tablespoons miracle whip light
1 1/2 teaspoons prepared mustard
salad greens
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients except Salad greens lightly but thoroughly.
2. Spoon on salad greens and serve.
