vegetarian low cal natural protein :) Ingredients:
4 oz fat free greek yogurt |
1/2 c unsweetened almond breeze , or prefered milk |
79 g lite tofu |
1 tsp cinnamon |
Directions:
1. take all ingredients and mix until desired texture is reached 2. this does not taste very well, but it will if you add any of the following: 3. peanut butter, for healthy fat,ff/sf pudding mix (I love it with butterscotch!),sf syrup,cocoa,fruit 4. anything you want... :) 5. after this, freeze for about an hour. it will taste like ice cream! and good for you. |
