Ingredients:
3/4 cup fat free greek yogurt or 3/4 cup low-fat greek yogurt
1/4 cup almonds
1 apple
Directions:
1. Chop up apple (or any other fruit or berries), and sprinkle apple and almonds over yogurt. 1 tbsp honey can also be drizzled over if you need a little sweetness.
