Replace vanilla with lemon zest, almond flavoring, or rum flavoring to suit the cake you're frosting. Regular yogurt, strained for several hours through a cheesecloth, may also be used. Ingredients:
1 cup greek yogurt |
1/2 cup powdered sugar |
1 teaspoon vanilla extract |
Directions:
1. Whisk all ingredients until they blend and thicken slightly. 2. Chill at least 30 minutes. 3. Spread on cupcakes or cake. 4. Keep away from heat or sun, since it melts easily. |
