Ingredients:
3/4 cup(s) sugar |
1/2 cup(s) br sugar |
2 tablespoon(s) butter, softened |
2 eggs |
1/4 cup(s) applesauce |
3 bananas, very ripe |
1 cup(s) greek yogurt |
2.25 cup(s) flour |
1.5 teaspoon(s) baking soda |
1 teaspoon(s) cinnamon |
1/2 teaspoon(s) pumpkin pie spice |
1/4 teaspoon(s) salt |
Directions:
1. preheat oven to 325 - grease two 8.5 x 4.5 inch bread pans 2. in large bowl, mix butter and sugars - add eggs and applesauce - mix until smooth 3. in small bowl, mash bananas - add bananas, yogurt and vanilla to the sugar and butter mixture - stir until smooth 4. in medium bowl, sift together flour, baking soda, cinnamon, salt and pumpkin pie spice - fold dry ingredients into the wet to make a thick batter - don't over mix 5. divide batter evenly between the two bread pans - bake 45-55 minutes - let the loaves cool for 10 minutes - then turn them out to a wire rack to let them cool completely |
