                    I found this recipe on the  I'm posting it here so I don't lose it. cooking time includes 30 minutes for the taboule to rehydrate and 2 hours to chill in the fridge. Nutritional information will be incorrect since the computer doesn't recognize Near East Taboule Mix. I did figure it out to be 6 weight watcher's points Ingredients: 
                    
                        
                                                1 (5 1/4 ounce) package near east taboule wheat salad  |  
                                                2 tablespoons olive oil  |  
                                                1 cup crumbled feta cheese  |  
                                                1 large tomato, chopped  |  
                                                1/4 cup chopped fresh basil  |  
                                                2 tablespoons lemon juice  |  
                                                romaine lettuce leaf  |  
                                                lemon wedge  |  
                                                
                     
                    Directions: 
                    
                        
                            
                                1. In large bowl, combine wheat salad mix and contents of Spice Sack. Stir in 1 cup boiling water and oil. Let stand 30 minutes. 2. Stir cheese, tomato, basil and lemon juice into wheat mixture. Cover; chill 2 hours before serving.
