This was such a hit over the Holiday Season, I made this for an appetizer when the family came for Christmas dinner, so delicious!! Ingredients:
1 baguette |
1/2 cup diana marinade, garlic and herb flavor |
1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled |
1 cup red onion, finely chopped |
1 cup cucumber, finely chopped |
1 cup tomato, finely chopped |
1/2 cup black olives, sliced |
Directions:
1. Measure 1/2 cup Diana Marinade. Stir half with the red onion, cucumber, and tomatoes, and 1/2 cup feta cheese. 2. Slice baguette in half lengthwise. Brush with remaining marinade. Grill on medium-high for 1-2 minutes per side or until well marked and toasted. 3. Slice on the diagonal into portions and top with feta mixture. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup sliced black olives. |
