Greek Style Pork Ingredients:
1 lb pork tenderloin, boneless |
1/2 medium onion, cut into wedges |
1/2 green bell pepper, diced |
1 (14 1/2 ounce) can diced tomatoes |
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon |
2 ounces feta cheese |
Directions:
1. Trim fat from pork. Cut into 1/2 inch pieces. 2. In a large nonstick pan sprayed with cooking spray, brown pork,peppers, and onion, Drain off any fat. 3. Stir in tomatoes, oregano, salt, pepper, and cinnamon. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 25 minutes 4. sprinkle feta over pork and Serve immediately. |
