Not your typical mac and cheese Ingredients:
1 lb penne pasta |
1 cup shredded parmesan cheese |
1 cup ricotta cheese |
1 cup feta cheese, cut into cubes |
1 cup mozzarella cheese |
4 eggs |
2 cups milk |
1/2 cup butter |
Directions:
1. Cook pasta according to instructions on packaging. Drain and stir in one stick butter. Beat eggs well and add milk, set aside. In a large bowl mix all the cheeses, then add milk and egg mixture. Toss in the pasta and pour into baking dish that has been greased. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes or until done. |
