Greek-Style Couscous Salad |

a yummy salad- will serve more than 4 if not eaten as the main dish. For healthier version, substitute whole wheat couscous and light Italian dressing. Ingredients:
1 c couscous ,uncooked |
1 cucumber, in half-slices |
1 large tomato, chopped |
5 oz feta cheese, crumbled |
1 tsp dill weed |
1/2 c italian dressing |
Directions:
1. cook couscous per pkg directions, omitting salt and butter. Fluff with a fork and place in a bowl. Cool 10 min. 2. Add remaining ingredients. 3. Refrigerate 1 hr. |
