Use your bread machine for this differntly delcious bread Ingredients:
1 cup milk |
1 tbs olive oil |
1 tsp salt |
3 cups all-purpose flour |
3/4 cups crumbled feta cheese, drained and patted dry is neccesary |
1/4 cup sliced pitted black olives, drained |
1 tbs sugar |
2 tsp active dry yeast |
Directions:
1. Add ingredients to bread machine pan in order suggested by manufacturer,adding cheese and olives with flour. 2. May need more or less liquid or flour when preparing any bread machine recipe 3. Recommended cycle: basic/white bread cycle: medium/normal color setting. 4. Breads made with fresh cheese may be more perishable: wrap airtight andstore leftover bread in refrigerator or freezer. 5. Note: Use leftovers of this zesty bread to create salad croutons. 6. Just cut bread into bite-size cubes and spread in single layer in shallow baking pan. 7. Lightly brush cubes with oil. Bake at 300* for 10-15 minutes or until crisp and dry, stirring twice |
