Nice Ingredients:
1/2 cup feta cheese |
1 1/4 cups plain yogurt |
10 ounces spinach, frozen chopped thawed and squeezed dry |
1/2 cup green onion, chopped |
2 tablespoons dill, fresh chopped |
2 teaspoons lemon peel, fated |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Mash cheese in a bowl. Stir in yogurt, spinach, green onions, dill, lemon peel and salt. 2. Mix well. 3. Serve at room temperature. 4. Can be refrigerated for 2 days. |
