Greek Spaghetti With Beurre Noir |

Used to get this at a friends restaurant. Before I moved he taught me how to make it. We have at least once a month as a treat. Can be Main Course or Side Dish. Ingredients:
8 ounces angel hair pasta or 8 ounces vermicelli |
1/2 cup salted butter |
feta cheese |
salt |
Directions:
1. Place butter in large skillet and heat over medium heat until butter turns brown. DO NOT BURN! 2. Cooked pasta according to package directions. 3. Drain pasta and immediately add to Browned Butter. 4. Toss Pasta to coat with Butter. 5. Add Feta Cheese and toss more. 6. Garnish with a little more Feta. |
