This classic Greek favorite adds a little zest to the standard breakfast. Not much salt is needed; feta is very salty. Ingredients:
1/2 tablespoon butter or 1/2 tablespoon margarine |
2 eggs |
1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese |
salt and pepper (optional) |
Directions:
1. Heat butteror margarine in a skillet over medium-high heat. 2. Beat eggs, then pour into pan. 3. Add feta cheese, and cook, stirring occasionally to scramble. 4. Season with salt and pepper. |
