Great appetizer. Serve with tortilla chips. It's best to use rubber gloves when handling hot peppers. Ingredients:
4 ounces feta cheese, crumbled |
4 ounces green chilies, seeded and minced |
1 large tomato, chopped |
1/4 cup corn (canned is fine) |
4 green onions, chopped |
1/2 cup italian dressing |
1/4 cup fresh cilantro |
1/4 cup black olives, well drained and chopped |
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in a bowl; toss lightly to blend. 2. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. |
