A Greek Salad Vinaigrette for those wonderful fresh greens and vegetables call Greek Salad. Ingredients:
1/4 cup red wine vinegar |
1 minced garlic clove |
2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley leaves |
1 teaspoon dried greek oregano leaves |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon black cracked pepper |
2/3 cup extra virgin olive oil |
Directions:
1. Put vinegar into a shaker bottle. Add the other ingredients, except the olive oil. Stir well to blend the dry ingredients into the wet. Add olive oil and shake thoroughly. 2. Shake prior to each use. 3. Keep in refrigerator |
