Much better than anything you can buy and pretty simple to make. I double or triple it and store the extra in a cool dark cupboard. Ingredients:
1/4 cup red wine vinegar |
1/8 cup white wine vinegar |
1 teaspoon dijon mustard |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
1 garlic clove |
1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil |
1/2 cup canola oil |
1 tablespoon oregano |
Directions:
1. Combine all but oils and oregano in a blender on low. Continuing on low, SLOWLY pour in oils in a steady stream. Transfer to glass storage container and mix in oregano. Put on lid or plastic wrap. Shake before serving. |
