Easy and great tasting side salad or light meal. Ingredients:
1 (8oz) block feta cheese,thinly sliced,(18 slices) |
18 grape tomatoes,halved |
1 english cucumber,thinly sliced(24 slices) |
36 pitted kalamata olives |
6 pepperoncini peppers,optional |
6 tb red wine vinaigrette |
garnish: fresh oregano sprigs |
Directions:
1. On each of 6 salad plates,arrange 3 feta slices, 6 tomato halves,4 cucumber slices,6 olives and 1 pepper.,if desired Drizzle each with oregano sprigs.,if desired. |
