I serve this with Pasticchio,spinach pie,and roast leg of lamb Ingredients:
1/2 cup salad oil |
2 tbsp vinegar |
1 egg-i use davidson's eggs(pasteurized) |
1/2 of one 2oz can anchovy fillets, drained. |
1 small stalk celery |
1/4 small onion |
1 medium carrot |
3 radishes |
1 teaspoon drained capers |
1clove garlic,crushed |
1-1/2 tbsp sugar |
1/2 tsp dried oregano |
1/2tsp paprika |
1/4 tsp salt |
1/8 tsp pepper |
salad greens |
feta cheese |
cauliflower |
tomato wedges |
greek or ripe olives |
remaining anchovie fillets |
Directions:
1. In blender container combine 1st 15 ingredients. Cover and blend at high speed until smooth, about 2 minutes. 2. Serve over salad greens,feta,cauliflowerets,tomato wedges, olives and anchovies. |
