Nice light Greek salad. Easy to make. Ingredients:
1/2 cup olive oil |
2 tablespoons lemon juice or 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
2 teaspoons dried oregano leaves |
1 cup black olives |
200 g feta cheese, crumbled |
1/2 red onion |
5 tomatoes |
1 seedless cucumber |
1 head lettuce |
Directions:
1. Combine first five ingredients to form dressing. 2. Wash and cut up lettuce. 3. Add diced onions, diced tomatoes and diced cucumbers. 4. Sprikle feta on top. 5. Add olives and dressing to taste. |
