A healthy and simple recipe to make. Ingredients:
4 tomatoes |
1 onion feta cheese |
1 cucumber |
2 tablespoons olive oil |
salt |
1/2 cup pitted olive |
2 teaspoons oregano |
Directions:
1. Cut the tomatoes, the onion and the cucumber in slices. Mix them, add salt and some pieces of feta cheese, oregano and at the end pour some olive oil. 2. Let sit for 30 minutes, then serve. |
