Greek pasta with veggies Ingredients:
100 g pasta |
100 g carrots |
80 g peppers, sweet, raw |
125 g cucumber |
215 g tomatoes |
2 cloves garlic |
35 g onions, raw |
50 g olives, black |
110 g feta |
1 tsp salt |
Directions:
1. Cook pasta according to directions, then drain and cool. Cube all other ingredients. Mix veggies and drained pasta. Season to taste. |
