Greek Rub for Grilled Meat |

Especially good with lamb. From the Barbecue Bible. Ingredients:
1/3 cup coarse salt |
1/3 cup cracked black peppercorns |
1/3 cup coarsely crumbled greek oregano |
2 tablespoons dried dill |
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients and stir to mix. 2. The spices should be coated with oil but they should not stick together. 3. This will keep for up to 6 months if stored in an airtight jar away from light or heat. |
