Ingredients:
1 large rutabaga, peeled and cut into 2-inch pieces |
1/4 cup olive oil |
1 tablespoon dried oregano |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
1 teaspoon greek seasoning |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/8 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. Toss together all ingredients, and spread into a lightly greased 15- x 10-inch jellyroll pan. 2. Bake at 450° for 25 minutes; stir mixture, and bake 25 more minutes. |
