Yummy dip for veggie platters, especially celery sticks, fresh green beans, pita bread, chips, crackers - you get the idea! Ingredients:
1 whole roasted red pepper (from a jar) |
1 cup crumbled feta cheese |
1 small garlic clove |
2 tablespoons olive oil |
Directions:
1. Combine all above ingredients in a food processor. 2. Pulse for 10 seconds, scrape down the sides, then repeat till combined ~ about 1 minute. |
