1 lb ground beef |
6 cups uncooked rice (uncle ben's original) |
8 ounces bell peppers in tomato sauce |
2 garlic cloves (chopped or minced) |
1 medium onion (chopped) |
salt and pepper |
3/4 teaspoon cinnamon |
3/4 teaspoon allspice |
3/4 teaspoon clove, powder |
12 cups water |
Directions:
1. brown beef with onion & garlic. 2. add tomato sauce. 3. add spices & water. 4. add rice. 5. pour into large baking pan. 6. cover and bake at 350 for 30-45 minutes. 7. add more water if needed. |
