Ingredients:
1 extra-large bag boil-in-bag rice |
1 (10-ounce) package frozen chopped spinach |
1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder |
fresh oregano sprigs (optional) |
Directions:
1. Cook rice according to package directions, omitting salt and fat. While rice cooks, cook chopped spinach according to package directions; drain. Combine rice, spinach, cheese, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and garlic powder; toss well. Garnish with oregano sprigs, if desired. |
