Ingredients:
3 pounds cooked and quartered baby red potatoes |
1 cup crumbled feta cheese with sun-dried tomatoes |
2/3 cup pitted and coarsely chopped kalamata olives |
1/2 cup bottled italian or greek dressing |
3 tablespoons chopped fresh oregano |
salt and freshly ground pepper to taste |
Directions:
1. Stir together potatoes, feta cheese, kalamata olives, Italian or Greek dressing, and oregano. Season with salt and freshly ground pepper to taste just before serving. |
