Chopped cooked chicken, red and green bell pepper, cucumber, crumbled feta cheese and black olives are tossed in Greek vinaigrette dressing and served in pita bread halves. Ingredients:
3/4 pound chopped cooked chicken breast |
1 medium green pepper, chopped |
1 medium red pepper, chopped |
1/2 cup chopped seeded cucumber |
1 (4 ounce) package athenos traditional crumbled feta cheese |
1 (2.25 ounce) can sliced black olives, drained |
1/2 cup greek vinaigrette dressing |
6 pita breads, cut in half |
Directions:
1. Toss all ingredients except pita breads in large bowl. 2. Fill each pita half with about 1/2 cup of the chicken mixture. |
