Ingredients:
3/4 lb tomato, chopped |
1 large red bell pepper, chopped |
1/4 lb feta cheese, crumbled |
2 tablespoons dry white wine |
1 tablespoon thyme |
6 green onions, chopped |
1/2 cup olive oil |
3 cloves garlic, minced |
1/2 cup kalamata olive, chopped |
1/4 cup lemon juice |
3/4 lb pasta, cooked |
3/4 lb bay shrimp, cooked |
Directions:
1. Mix first 10 ingredients in large bowl. 2. Add pasta and shrimp and 3. toss to blend. 4. Season to taste with salt and pepper. |
